The course will cover, understanding where stress and anxiety originate, learn about the physiological effects of anxiety, learn how to manage anxiety for interviews, learn how to improve confidence.

Functional Skills support for Maths & English
Having a good standard or maths and English can help you in many ways. It will improve your chances of succeeding at work or in training, as well as giving your confidence a boost. We are offering free access to the BKSB portal so that you can learn, improve and gain al nationally recognised qualification in Functional Skills English and Maths.

Chair Yoga - Term time only
Yoga classes aimed at those over the age of 55, all abilities welcome.
Creative Nature — A 6 week programme of activities for 18 to 25 year old's to explore creative nature including art, photography, gardening, craft, wildlife and creative writing
Aimed at those aged 18-25 years.
The 6 week program starts on September 17th and running until October 22nd.
