This is a hands-on weekly session with Luke, the Garden Manager. You will do a variety of tasks around the garden, from sowing and planting, to making compost, cuttings, learn about Permaculture, and help create a sustainable space where fresh veg is abundant and nature is thriving!

Zumba - Term time only - Dance fitness aimed at those aged 55 and over, no experience needed. All moves can be modified and are perfect for everyone.

Just wear comfortable clothes and shoes and bring drinking water.

Friendship and Games Club

Come along and join our friendly club for great conversation, games and friendship. Get out of the house to meet new people!

There will be free tea and coffee, plus loads of board games. Or just enjoy a chat in great surroundings.
