Creating communities

We build only in areas where our homes can be delivered in tandem with our quality landlord and community services.

The people in our neighbourhoods have great potential, so we’re committed to supporting and investing in them. Our community work focuses on creating opportunities to change lives by investing in local people and businesses. We want everyone to recognise the impact they can make, whether that’s large or small, so they can make a difference in their community too.

Partnerships are helping us to deliver valuable services to those communities that are often cut off. Working together, we’re able to bring support right into the heart of communities throughout Peterborough and the surrounding area – from work clubs to advice for new parents, we’re here to help people take charge of their futures.

There are three key principles to our approach:

  • Improve employability and skills
  • Promote health and wellbeing
  • Inspire the next generation.

We’re actively seeking new partners who can help us increase the services we provide in the areas we’re delivering new affordable homes. If you’d like to work with us, please email community@crosskeyshomes.co.uk.

Building new homes

We will deliver 1,000 homes over the next three years. From large developments in Milton Keynes, Peterborough and Huntingdonshire to smaller rural schemes in Cambridgeshire villages, we’re committed to providing quality homes that people can afford to live in.

From families looking for affordable rented homes to young people trying to get a foot on the housing ladder through shared ownership, we believe that everyone deserves to live in happy, healthy communities. That’s why we invest in building new homes in the places that people want to live.

With a strong pipeline already in place, we’re proactively seeking new opportunities to acquire land, enter into new partnerships and find innovative solutions to build quality homes within a one hour drive of Peterborough City Centre.

If you want to discuss how we can work together whether through a joint venture, land sale, S106 or in a new way that suits you, please email our Development team
