Looking after your home

You are responsible for looking after the general repair of your home and garden. Jobs like changing lightbulbs, unblocking drains and sinks, and replacing shower heads or toilet seats are your responsibility because looking after your home is a condition of your tenancy.

If you would like to make more substantial changes to your home, you will need to ask for permission first. Request permission to make changes to your home on MyCKH. We will respond to requests within 28 days.
