Last month, we asked for your views on our website through a quick online survey. Thank you to everyone who shared feedback!
We are very pleased to share that 88% of respondents said our website is easy to use. 75% of the people who took part use MyCKH a minimum of once a month, with some respondents logging in daily. Your feedback shows that the top reason people our website for is to check account balances and make payments, followed by reporting repairs.
We take these results as a positive sign that our website and MyCKH are useful and our online services are supporting people to manage their tenancies effectively.
We also met with some of our Engaged Residents for an in depth conversation about our refreshed website. They told us they think the work we did on the website this summer has improved the experience for everyone as information is now easier to find and well presented.
