New affordable homes for Peterborough
We are delighted to announce that we have received planning permission to build 96 new affordable homes in Peterborough.
The land, which was home to the former Perkins Sports Association, will provide a mixture of apartments, bungalows, and houses for affordable rent and shared ownership.
Work will begin on site shortly, with first handovers anticipated to be due next spring!
