Expanded support for people affected by ASB
We have listened to the feedback from our residents on the way we deal with incidents of anti-social behaviour and you have told us you want more support from us. We have taken this feedback on board and we have expanded our ASB team to tackle even more cases of anti-social behaviour that you may face.
We are now able to offer support in neighbour disputes, when you are subjected to unreasonable noise nuisance and situations where you believe drug taking maybe happening, such as the persistent smell of cannabis. We know these incidents can affect residents greatly, and lead to you feeling unsafe and unsettled in your own home. We would still encourage you to contact the police if you believe criminal activity is taking place.
