Annual tenancy visits

Our Neighbourhood Management team are getting out and about again to begin our annual tenancy visits for 2025. We need to visit you at home every year so we can:
- Check your contact details
- Confirm who lives in your home
- Talk to you about extra support you may need
- Check the condition of your home by looking in every room and garden (if you have one)
- Complete a check on any fire doors
- Look for any signs of damp or mould.
Your Neighbourhood Manager will complete this visit, so it is also a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about your tenancy or find out more about the services and support available to you as a CKH resident. Learn more about our annual tenancy visits.
When your visit is due, you will be asked to book an appointment on a date that works for you. We have an online booking system to make it easy to check what appointments are available. If you change your email address, please let us know using the update my details form in MyCKH so we can contact you when your visit is due. When you hear from us, please book an appointment as soon as possible so we can complete this essential visit.
