Annual property condition visits milestone
We have completed 4,000 of our annual property condition visits already this year! Thank you to every resident who has booked and kept an appointment so far this year.
As your landlord we take our responsibility to provide you with a good quality, safe home very seriously and these visits are essential in enabling us to check the condition of your home and make sure we have all the right information about you. It also provides an opportunity for you to talk to your Neighbourhood Manager about any additional needs or vulnerabilities that any member of your household may have and to find out more about the services and support available to you as a CKH resident.
