37 townhouses handed over at Indigo
We have reached another milestone at Indigo as we have officially taken handover of 37 townhouses from our contractor Willmott Dixon. This marks the final step in us receiving handover of all the 315 properties on site, offering a range of much needed high-quality 1, 2 and 3 bedroom homes across two connected wings.
CKH Chief Executive, Claire Higgins, said: “I am delighted that all the properties on site have now been handed over to us and already nine of the townhouses have been reserved, so we don’t expect it to take long before all these homes are all rented out.

Chris Warren, Senior Operations Manager at Willmott Dixon, added: “We’re pleased to have handed over the townhouses to CKH and are now working to finish off the landscaping around the site and the commercial spaces, so that we can complete this development for CKH.”
Indigo apartments are being marketed at sub-market rent levels - set at 80% of private rent levels and are suitable for anyone who has a connection to Peterborough with a joint income of no more than £80,000 a year.
